What you will do

  • Accelerate technical activation by guiding users through API integration and onboarding processes.
  • Act as the primary technical bridge between customer needs and internal product/engineering teams.
  • Remove friction from the customer journey to ensure long-term platform engagement and utilization.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the growth of the French-speaking market by leveraging your linguistic and technical expertise.
  • Uncover and document product opportunities to shape the future roadmap of healthcare AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in both English and French.
  • Experience in a customer-facing engineering, developer relations, or technical account management role.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and developer infrastructure.
  • Ability to thrive in an onsite environment in Copenhagen, Denmark.
  • Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes through AI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
