Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 (plus commission)

What you will do
- Lead the technical sales cycle by conducting discovery, solution alignment, and custom product demonstrations.
- Execute proof-of-value engagements to validate technical fit and quantify business impact for enterprise prospects.
- Translate complex technical capabilities and API integration approaches into clear, ROI-driven business narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product, security, and legal to manage account strategy and RFP responses.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to guide customers through problem definition and decision-making processes.
- Maintain deep expertise in the fraud prevention market landscape and contact center technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales engineering experience supporting complex deals valued at $1M+.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven record of consultative selling within large enterprise environments.
- Technical background in contact center technologies, including voice network design, WFM, call recording, and fraud management.
- Strong understanding of APIs and modern integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and executive presence for leading technical presentations and briefings.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare contact center environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory considerations.
