Senior Platform Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote (Ukraine). This is a contract position via Alcor BPO.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform as a core product foundation.
• Manage end-to-end execution of platform initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Partner with engineering leadership to design high-quality, continuous releases of services and APIs.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements for hirify.global Intelligence and data services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to drive platform adoption and define value propositions.
• Set and manage KPIs related to platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in platform, infrastructure, or shared services product management.
• Strong experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies for platform or API/data products.
• Technical fluency with cloud-native architectures and highly distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to work as a contractor through our partner agency.

Nice to have

• Experience in security, identity, fraud, or risk management domains.
• Background in building internal platforms serving multiple business units.
