Head of Product (AI/SaaS): Leading the transformation of governance solutions by embedding AI into core workflows with an accent on commercial strategy, product vision, and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Boston (US), London (UK), or Atlanta (US) with a hybrid requirement of at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Define and execute a commercially viable product strategy and roadmap for board management and AI insight tools.
- Lead the integration of AI and machine learning into governance workflows, prioritizing trust, security, and usability.
- Translate product vision into measurable success metrics, including revenue growth, retention, and platform adoption.
- Act as a senior spokesperson for the product, engaging with board members, C-suite executives, and corporate secretaries.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product management and design organization.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, revenue, customer success, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products with a focus on revenue outcomes and monetization.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and data-driven product development.
- Strong commercial go-to-market experience and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to travel internationally to visit teams, clients, and partners.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical domains.
Nice to have
- Experience in governance, compliance, or legal-tech software.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration or workflow platforms.
- MBA or advanced degree.
