What you will do

• Define and execute a commercially viable product strategy and roadmap for board management and AI insight tools.
• Lead the integration of AI and machine learning into governance workflows, prioritizing trust, security, and usability.
• Translate product vision into measurable success metrics, including revenue growth, retention, and platform adoption.
• Act as a senior spokesperson for the product, engaging with board members, C-suite executives, and corporate secretaries.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management and design organization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, revenue, customer success, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products with a focus on revenue outcomes and monetization.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and data-driven product development.
• Strong commercial go-to-market experience and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally to visit teams, clients, and partners.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical domains.

Nice to have

• Experience in governance, compliance, or legal-tech software.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration or workflow platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree.
