What you will do

  • Guide prospective customers through the evaluation process for Canvas LMS and related products.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor and product advocate for the sales team.
  • Identify potential deployment and technical blockers for assigned accounts during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Develop creative, tailored solutions to address unique educational use cases.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Directors to define and execute effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience as an education technologist or in a similar technical sales role.
  • Must be based in the UK or willing to work a hybrid schedule in London.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 60% for business and client engagements.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
