What you will do

• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives to drive company-wide growth and execution efficiency.
• Oversee strategic planning processes, including OKRs, QBRs, and the organization's operating rhythm.
• Manage the enterprise initiative portfolio to ensure strategic alignment across all departments.
• Mentor and lead BizOps talent to improve operational maturity and insight-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement the data infrastructure and governance frameworks necessary to scale business operations.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to define growth opportunities and optimize organizational performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in strategic planning, governance, and scaling operational processes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing teams.
