TL;DR

Senior Technical Implementation Consultant (Fintech): Ensuring the technical readiness, stability, and implementation-level quality of core banking system deployments with an accent on environment validation, data migration, and UAT triage. Focus on maintaining high standards of system behavior during go-live and hypercare phases while collaborating across product and engineering teams.

Location: Remote, must be based in APAC region

What you will do

Participate in technical discovery sessions and review implementation scope for technical readiness.
Validate environment setup, configuration, and perform focused regression testing.
Support defect triage during UAT to identify configuration versus platform issues.
Review customer-provided data samples and integration outputs for gaps.
Provide technical and quality support during go-live cutover and hypercare periods.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery checklists and quality standards.

Requirements

Must be based in the APAC region
6–9+ years of experience in technical implementation or platform consulting.
Experience with complex SaaS platforms or financial systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to validate system behavior.
Familiarity with UAT processes, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience with core banking systems or regulated financial platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
