What you will do

• Map complex customer business initiatives to effective product solutions.
• Develop and deliver high-level technical presentations and demonstrations to enterprise customers.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) trials to validate solution efficacy.
• Build and maintain strong technical champion relationships within client organizations.
• Create professional content including white papers and blog posts to share technical expertise.
• Represent the company externally at technology and industry-focused events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, FL.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant) in CDN, Security, or SaaS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for C-level interactions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of network security (DDoS, WAF, VPN) and SIEM platforms.
• Certifications such as Azure/AWS/GCP Architect.
• Expertise in routing, subnetting, and SD-WAN technologies.
