What you will do

• Build and maintain workflow logic for identity solutions using Lua scripting.
• Develop and configure reports and dashboards in Looker to track risk and process trends.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting demos and managing the onboarding process.
• Gather technical requirements during client workshops to guide solution design.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and milestone tracking.
• Assist clients in maintaining compliance with changing KYC, KYB, and AML regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, STEM, or a related field.
• Approximately one year of professional experience or a strong academic background in a related domain.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple client-facing language.
• Basic understanding of scripting logic and willingness to learn new technical tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Vilnius office.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B customer support or account management within fintech or compliance.
• Knowledge of KYC, KYB, AML, or general RegTech concepts.
• Experience with Python or Lua coding.
