Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.; HQ in Bozeman, MT; domestic travel up to 25%).

What you will do

• Lead solution design and delivery for large-scale fraud detection and financial transaction projects.
• Architect complex systems ensuring technical integrity from scoping through implementation.
• Guide and lead project teams of technologists alongside client IT and business stakeholders.
• Analyze customer requirements to produce high-level functional documentation and system designs.
• Integrate diverse technical platforms, including AWS/Cloud environments, identity services, and networking solutions.
• Present complex technical data and architectural decisions to non-technical internal and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in management and solution consulting within the banking/fraud sector.
• 5 years of specific experience in fraud solution design for account onboarding and transaction domains.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles and high-throughput transactional systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical project teams and manage complex stakeholder requirements.
• Unrestricted right to work in the US is required.
