TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving strategic value and adoption for key enterprise accounts on the hirify.global analytics and AI platform. Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; hybrid role requires 3 days in the office each week.

Salary: $115,000–$145,000

What you will do

  • Own the success, adoption, and expansion of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with business objectives.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic roadmap discussions to drive growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance on BI best practices, platform features, and integration strategies.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to customer locations for planning and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solution consulting in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with high ARR portfolios.
  • Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and data concepts.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco for a hybrid work schedule.
  • Availability to collaborate with teams in the Czech Republic, often starting at 6:00 am PT.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales renewals, pricing, or expansion discussions.
  • Background in product management or design thinking processes.
  • Technical experience in data engineering or sales engineering.
