Salary: $115,000–$145,000

What you will do
- Own the success, adoption, and expansion of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with business objectives.
- Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic roadmap discussions to drive growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance on BI best practices, platform features, and integration strategies.
- Travel domestically and internationally to customer locations for planning and relationship building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solution consulting in a SaaS environment.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with high ARR portfolios.
- Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and data concepts.
- Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco for a hybrid work schedule.
- Availability to collaborate with teams in the Czech Republic, often starting at 6:00 am PT.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
