Business Development Representative (AI)

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Dublin, Ireland

Compensation: €75K–€85K on-target earnings, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, customers, and partners.
• Drive top-of-funnel activity with account executives through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Create, manage, and optimize early-funnel opportunities and go-to-market campaigns.
• Accelerate conversion of warm and inactive prospects.
• Write thoughtful copy that communicates hirify.global’s unique value.
• Test innovative approaches beyond standard B2B marketing playbooks to improve scale and ROI.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English.
• At least 1 year of business development experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate on new ideas.
• Strong attention to detail.
• AI literacy.
