Business Development Representative (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 for Associate, or $90,000–$115,000 for Associate Principal, plus applicable bonus targets.

What you will do

• Build pipeline for the AI Labs vertical and support the development of a new book of business.
• Research accounts and stakeholders, create buying committee maps, and develop account plans.
• Lead outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to communicate the value of AI solutions.
• Facilitate meetings, provide demos, qualify leads, and close deals where appropriate.
• Maintain CRM and marketing technology tools to improve data accuracy and process scalability.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on sales goals and regional growth strategies.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or a BDR/SDR role.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use campaign data to improve outreach strategy.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI solutions simply.
• Interest in AI, automation opportunities in the public sector, and hirify.global’s target audience.
• Resilience, collaboration skills, and the ability to build relationships over time.
