Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; remote or hybrid, with three days per week in the San Francisco headquarters for the hybrid schedule

Compensation: OTE $240K–$270K plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise, uncover customer use cases, and demonstrate the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Build and present proofs of concept using customer data in the hirify.global platform.
• Enable prospective customers to use hirify.global successfully during evaluations.
• Transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to share user feedback and guide product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales business intelligence experience, including Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture work with enterprise customers.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Experience in a client-facing role and a willingness to work closely with customers.
• Exceptional consultative communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for data, learning, and teaching others.
• Prior experience with business intelligence or enterprise data analytics tools; modeled BI experience such as Looker is preferred.
