What you will do

• Develop the vision, strategy, and lifecycle roadmap for cancer screening blood tests.
• Conduct market research to analyze needs of patients, payers, and providers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to translate user needs into design inputs and product requirements.
• Define and execute go-to-market commercialization plans alongside marketing, sales, and medical affairs.
• Assess competitor offerings and synthesize market data to position products effectively.
• Lead cross-functional teams, prioritizing deliverables and problem-solving operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field.
• Minimum 9 years of product management or commercial experience in the healthcare/diagnostics industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams, including at least 2 years in a Senior Management role.
• In-depth understanding of product management and commercialization for clinical diagnostic products.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field.
• Experience in business strategy roles such as management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Knowledge of Laboratory Developed Tests (LDT) and In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products.
• Proven track record in product lifecycle stages from R&D to clinical validation and commercialization.
