What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term vision and architecture for the company's digital health platform.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to build critical features like provider engagement tools and adherence management systems.
• Establish strategic partnerships with health systems to expand distribution and access.
• Collaborate with RWD and Medical Affairs teams to generate clinical validity and utility evidence.
• Lead engagement with KOLs and advisory committees to validate program design and clinical strategy.
• Manage commercial performance metrics and KPIs to drive utilization and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field required.
• 15+ years of commercial or product leadership experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or biotech.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles scaling digital health platforms.
• Deep expertise in healthcare data standards including FHIR and HL7.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships with health system leaders.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MBA, PhD, or MS in Health Informatics.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven decision support tools.
• Background in oncology or preventative screening.
• SF Bay Area residency.
