What you will do
- Lead customers through the launch and implementation of their first Voice AI and conversational AI agents.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers from post-sale through renewal.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and success criteria.
- Partner with Sales during late-stage deals to ensure continuity and expansion.
- Advocate for the customer by synthesizing feedback and feature requests for the product roadmap.
- Contribute to the development of internal playbooks and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving renewals.
- Hands-on experience with product implementation and technical onboarding.
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying or optimizing generative AI (chat or voice) including prompt engineering.
- Background in e-commerce, DTC, or retail technology.
