TL;DR

Focus on translating customer feedback into product insights, managing renewals, and scaling the Customer Success function in a high-growth environment.

Location: Based in San Francisco with alignment to the global team.

What you will do

  • Lead customers through the launch and implementation of their first Voice AI and conversational AI agents.
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers from post-sale through renewal.
  • Act as the primary strategic advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and success criteria.
  • Partner with Sales during late-stage deals to ensure continuity and expansion.
  • Advocate for the customer by synthesizing feedback and feature requests for the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to the development of internal playbooks and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving renewals.
  • Hands-on experience with product implementation and technical onboarding.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying or optimizing generative AI (chat or voice) including prompt engineering.
  • Background in e-commerce, DTC, or retail technology.
