TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and delivering programs to improve retention, expansion, and execution quality across Customer Success and Support with an accent on translating company priorities into scalable enablement programs. Focus on onboarding, coaching frameworks, and reinforcement models that drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes.

Location: Must be based out of one of our office locations: Austin, TX; Irvine, CA; or Akron, OH.

Salary: $116,000 - $174,000 a year

What you will do

  • Design and deliver enablement programs that standardize success planning, risk management, QBR execution, and renewals.
  • Partner with the Director of Revenue Enablement to turn CS/S priorities into focused enablement programs.
  • Define success metrics with leadership and monitor adoption, execution quality, and outcomes to refine programs.
  • Drive consistent tool usage and workflow execution in Gainsight, Gong, Glean, and related technologies.
  • Partner with CS leadership, RevOps, Product Enablement, and Partner Success to ensure program alignment.
  • Own role-based onboarding for Customer Success and Support roles to accelerate time-to-impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success Enablement or Revenue Enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of retention, expansion, adoption, and renewals in SaaS or recurring revenue.
  • Experience using data and metrics to guide enablement impact and improvement.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Gong, Glean, Salesforce, and Showpad.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable training, coaching frameworks, and scalable programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
