What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned customers, fostering trust and understanding business goals.
- Drive adoption of Enterprise by identifying use cases and delivering regular business reviews.
- Develop tailored success plans to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmaps.
- Monitor account health and key performance metrics to mitigate churn risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or database tech.
- Proven experience managing customers within Banking and Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with or other NoSQL databases.
- Background in software development (Java, .NET, Python).
- Experience with DBaaS (relational or non-relational).
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Gainsight.
