What you will do

• Own the end-to-end clinician onboarding journey to ensure rapid activation and high user satisfaction.
• Facilitate group and individual training sessions to help clinicians confidently integrate AI solutions into their workflows.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials including guides, videos, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Partner with Clinical Success Managers to tailor onboarding strategies for enterprise health system needs.
• Implement data-driven workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual burden.
• Manage technical onboarding infrastructure and scheduling tools to ensure flawless delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or customer success roles within health tech or healthcare SaaS.
• Proven ability to support technical end users or clinicians through product adoption.
• Skilled facilitator capable of managing both group and individual training sessions.
• Strong operational focus with an ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset for identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable process improvements.
• Must be based in the USA to support the target health system market.
