What you will do
- Own the end-to-end clinician onboarding journey to ensure rapid activation and high user satisfaction.
- Facilitate group and individual training sessions to help clinicians confidently integrate AI solutions into their workflows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials including guides, videos, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
- Partner with Clinical Success Managers to tailor onboarding strategies for enterprise health system needs.
- Implement data-driven workflow improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual burden.
- Manage technical onboarding infrastructure and scheduling tools to ensure flawless delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or customer success roles within health tech or healthcare SaaS.
- Proven ability to support technical end users or clinicians through product adoption.
- Skilled facilitator capable of managing both group and individual training sessions.
- Strong operational focus with an ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset for identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable process improvements.
- Must be based in the USA to support the target health system market.
