TL;DR

Focus on strategic communication, identifying and mitigating service risks, and leading cross-functional projects to maximize business value.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $100,000–$125,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for health plan and employer partners.
  • Drive seamless implementation processes and ensure an ongoing high-quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, partnership, and operations teams on strategic customer initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate platform impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate potential customer risks to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product and service development.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or project management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in health tech or healthcare preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing solutions within health plans or employer environments.
  • Background in value-based care models or virtual care settings.
