Account Executive
Location: Remote or In-person
Compensation: Competitive OTE (base + commission) + equity adjusted by location
Reports to: CEO

AI platform that turns documents into complete training courses — AI instructors, quizzes, analytics, 57 languages. Enterprise clients include a global broadcaster, tier-one automakers, government institutions. $4.5M raised from Village Global, Atomico, Redseed. Founder-stage role. No playbook. No inbound. No hand-holding.

The Role
Own the full sales cycle — source your own pipeline, close deals. Work directly with the CEO on enterprise accounts while building your own book.

You should apply if:
You’ve sourced AND closed B2B SaaS deals yourself.
50+ outbound touches/day doesn’t scare you.
Startup background (20–200 employees), not corporate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience
Full-cycle sales — you’ve sourced AND closed deals yourself
Startup background (companies with 20–200 employees) — no pure corporate
Comfortable with outbound-heavy motion (this is not an inbound role)
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Based in UK, Sweden, Denmark, or Norway with local market experience
Bonus
Experience selling to L&D, HR tech, or training buyers
Sold into enterprise / mid-market accounts
Nordic language skills (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian)
