TL;DR

Salary: $229,880 - $277,400 (OTE, including base and commission).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic consultant relationship management initiatives to drive revenue and partnerships.
  • Identify and engage new consultant partners and verticals across various firms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to align on partner strategies.
  • Present solutions compellingly to industry stakeholders to establish credibility and drive adoption.
  • Track and evaluate partner performance using data analytics and CRM dashboards.
  • Support internal stakeholders in improving sales and retention efforts through enhanced consultant relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in benefits consulting or consultant relations strategy.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong industry network and contacts within the employer benefits space.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate solution value.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Background or passion for chronic condition management.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota or revenue goals.
