Salary: $229,880 - $277,400 (OTE, including base and commission).

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic consultant relationship management initiatives to drive revenue and partnerships.
- Identify and engage new consultant partners and verticals across various firms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to align on partner strategies.
- Present solutions compellingly to industry stakeholders to establish credibility and drive adoption.
- Track and evaluate partner performance using data analytics and CRM dashboards.
- Support internal stakeholders in improving sales and retention efforts through enhanced consultant relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in benefits consulting or consultant relations strategy.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong industry network and contacts within the employer benefits space.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate solution value.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Background or passion for chronic condition management.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota or revenue goals.
