Key Account Manager (Marketplace): Managing and developing a portfolio of brands on the BrandsPlace platform with an accent on commercial performance, strategic planning, and offer optimization. Focus on prospecting new sellers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent merchant experience through data analysis and cross-departmental coordination.
Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid: 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Manage and maintain trusting relationships with existing brand partners through daily interactions and performance reviews.
- Drive growth by prospecting, pitching, and negotiating deals with new sellers for the marketplace.
- Develop and execute annual business plans to optimize catalog mix, pricing, and event planning.
- Analyze category KPIs and report performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including brand support and e-merchandising to ensure service quality.
- Manage international budget accountability and coordinate with international teams to enhance import/export performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within e-commerce, marketplace, or multi-brand sectors.
- Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Milan.
- Higher education in business or marketing.
