What you will do
- Manage inquiries regarding examination access arrangements and special considerations via phone and email.
- Liaise between schools, students, and parents to provide support for disadvantaged candidates.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while handling potentially distressing student circumstances.
- Manage expectations regarding available support options for exam candidates.
- Maintain high levels of organization to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK to attend office days in Guildford.
- Not currently a candidate for Key Stage 4 or 5 public examinations due to conflict of interest.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to show empathy.
- Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Methodical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
