What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to the Risk & Assurance function by maintaining logs, trackers, and documentation.
  • Organize Group Risk and Governance Committee (GRCC) meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Administer corporate insurance policies and support the annual renewal process by liaising with brokers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate evidence collection for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits and manage compliance activities via Vanta.
  • Support client due diligence requests by gathering and sharing relevant risk, security, and compliance information.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or project management support role.
  • Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools, including spreadsheets and document management systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Must be located in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
