What you will do

• Produce timely and reliable financial information for budget holders to support informed decision-making.
• Analyze monthly income and expense reports, monitoring variances against budgets and recommending improvements.
• Develop monthly forecast projections through business unit risk assessment.
• Act as a key user of the Oracle EPBCS module to provide analytical reports.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts within the finance team.
• Collaborate with hirify.global project teams to provide financial data for new project evaluations.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Proven experience in the finance area.
• Ability to meet objectives and deadlines while managing multiple tasks under limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for cross-organizational engagement.
• Knowledge of administrative systems and experience in developing process optimization initiatives.

• Experience using Oracle and Smartview.
