TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Supporting corporate functions by managing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with an accent on expense reporting, allocation analysis, and financial modeling. Focus on driving operational efficiency through process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.

Location: Must be based on the East Coast of the United States; Hybrid work option available.

Salary: $72,750 – $151,250/yr

What you will do

  • Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts for corporate services.
  • Perform variance analysis of departmental performance against financial projections.
  • Analyze cost trends and prepare reports in partnership with budget owners.
  • Manage corporate allocations and improve internal financial processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Real Estate teams.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects using AI or macro automation to streamline reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant financial experience.
  • Strong command of accounting and finance principles.
  • Advanced Excel or Gsheets skills are required.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be based on the US East Coast.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle, Anaplan, and Hyperion Essbase.
