What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services leaders to drive resource allocation and performance tracking.
• Manage the company financial model to ensure visibility into forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Deliver timely financial reporting for Board meetings and executive team reviews.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decision-making and strategic business recommendations.
• Prepare materials for investor presentations and provide support for financial due diligence.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and annual audit cycles.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, public accounting, or investment banking.
• Strong background working with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services functions.
• Expert-level Excel modeling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for executive reporting.
• Ability to distill complex financial datasets into actionable business insights.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the San Mateo, CA headquarters.
• Professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential corporate information.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation.
• Experience in the software/SaaS industry with subscription revenue models.
• Familiarity with financial software systems such as Mosaic, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
