Financial Analyst (FP&A)

TL;DR

Financial Analyst (FP&A): Consolidating, analyzing, and reporting financial data for a leading ceramics and lifestyle manufacturer with an accent on forecasting and budgeting. Focus on developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and optimizing business unit performance.

Location: Must be based in Cairo

A world-leading manufacturer in the ceramics and lifestyle sector, specializing in Dining & Lifestyle and Bath & Wellness products across 42 countries.

What you will do

• Consolidate, analyze, and report financial data to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and the annual budgeting process.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and perform process analysis.
• Investigate variances and track financial performance against established forecasts.
• Reconcile transactions and assist with month- and year-end accounting close.
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end closing procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance and Financial Analysis.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience at a Big 4 Audit firm (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG).
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and use of statistical packages.
