Salary: CAD $106,200 – $168,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and implement GenAI-based solutions within the Software Testing Life Cycle.
• Build and test frameworks for automated UI/API code generation using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Develop GenAI-driven test data mining and optimization strategies.
• Design and fine-tune architectures, pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Lead strategic GenAI adoption initiatives, including roadmap definition and platform evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor staff on GenAI best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology experience with a focus on GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, PyTorch, and LLM optimization.
• Strong background in prompt engineering frameworks and AI-assisted automation.
• Experience in architecture design, model governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with transformer architectures and multimodal AI.
• Knowledge of AI safety measures and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record of successful PoCs and enterprise-grade AI deployments.
