What you will do

• Design and review accelerator design artefacts to ensure high-quality, effective solutions.
• Configure accelerator solutions using low-code modeller tools based on design artefacts and best practices.
• Create data capture and workflows optimized for accelerator implementations.
• Customize the user interface to create high-impact, value-driven portals and visualizations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Consultants, QA team and wider hirify.global Operate teams to contribute to designs and solutions.
• Provide support to colleagues, clients, and partners utilizing accelerators, including support importing accelerator solutions and assistance with configuration changes.

Requirements

• Proven ability to configure business software using low-code or configurable platforms (e.g., Sharedo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Able to translate and explain complex concepts clearly and simply to different audiences.
• Skilled at writing clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify issues and quickly implement effective configuration solutions.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Nice to have

• Legal Technology experience is highly desirable.
• Background in Workflow Design or Process Modelling is a strong plus.
