What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery process for both ML and backend product streams.
• Act as the primary bridge between ML engineers and R&D departments to ensure technical alignment.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and complex cross-team communication flows.
• Identify and eliminate technical bottlenecks that impact time-to-market.
• Support teams in technical task decomposition and strategic prioritization.
• Drive project execution in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on development and team leadership.
• Strong engineering background in either backend development or Machine Learning.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and complex technical dependencies.
• Demonstrable experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive into technical details when required.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling high-load social discovery or similar digital platforms.
• Proven track record in managing technical delivery for ML-heavy products.
