What you will do
- Lead strategic delivery programs and oversee multiple workstreams across one or multiple accounts.
- Drive business transformations and customer outcomes by managing several customer engagements simultaneously.
- Maintain consistent, highly successful delivery across all workstreams and program progress.
- Motivate, retain, and coach project teams; build a culture of excellence and customer understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Provide regular status and financial reporting, manage account financials, and track risks/issues and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Partner with Delivery Managers to improve delivery process and methodology; travel to client locations 30–40% (sometimes on short notice).
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading complex software delivery projects.
- Experience delivering in the banking/financial services sector(s).
- Experience managing senior-level stakeholders in an international environment.
- Experience in an agile environment, including SDLC, Scrum, and Lean.
- Experience with distributed and remote agile delivery.
- Arabic and English communication skills (oral and written) and based in Lebanon.
