Technical Support Specialist (Spend Platform): Supporting the Spend Platform by taking ownership of customer requests and challenges, ensuring a seamless experience. Location: Must be based within commuting distance of the Berlin hub.

What you will do
- Take ownership of triaging incoming Level 2 support requests.
- Interact with the internal engineering team daily.
- Track incidents or bugs to resolution.
- Answer and handle customer inquiries and other operational issues.
- Act as an internal source of knowledge for the operational use of our tool.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a customer support role and at least 1 year in Level 2 support.
- Experience working with and supporting technical concepts including APIs and SSO.
- Operational experience with a high turnover of external customer requests and internal clarifications from the team.
- Well-structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent English, spoken and written
