What you will do
- Oversee post-sale customer onboarding to ensure seamless implementation for new enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute systems for customer cadence, product adoption, and health monitoring.
- Identify and nurture expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
- Manage enterprise renewals and mid-term contract true-ups to deliver on NRR targets.
- Coordinate product feedback loops and manage expectations regarding feature releases and requests.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in post-sale account management or customer success.
- Proven track record of achieving NRR targets.
- Availability within the European time zone (+/- 3 hours).
- Strong product mindset with the ability to ramp up quickly on developer-centric tools.
- Experience translating technical product usage into commercial business conversations.
