TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (SaaS): Leading customer success and enterprise growth strategies for a technical documentation platform with an accent on account management, NRR targets, and onboarding. Focus on building expansion playbooks from scratch, fostering long-term customer relationships, and bridging the gap between product usage and commercial goals.

Location: Must be based in Europe (+/- 3 hours)

What you will do

  • Oversee post-sale customer onboarding to ensure seamless implementation for new enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute systems for customer cadence, product adoption, and health monitoring.
  • Identify and nurture expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
  • Manage enterprise renewals and mid-term contract true-ups to deliver on NRR targets.
  • Coordinate product feedback loops and manage expectations regarding feature releases and requests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in post-sale account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record of achieving NRR targets.
  • Availability within the European time zone (+/- 3 hours).
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to ramp up quickly on developer-centric tools.
  • Experience translating technical product usage into commercial business conversations.

Nice to have

  • Founding account manager experience in early-stage startups.
