Location: Fully remote position based anywhere in Germany. Living near a major transportation hub for easy connectivity is preferred. Occasional trips to the Munich office are expected.

What you will do
- Establish trust & credibility by joining Account Managers in key stakeholder meetings.
- Orchestrate holistic onboarding, ensuring schools feel capable and supported from day one.
- Drive adoption & expansion by monitoring usage health and maintaining close contact with inclusion managers.
- Act as the pedagogical expert, answering questions with empathy and credibility.
- Champion client care, handling day-to-day inquiries with speed and warmth.
Requirements
- Pedagogical DNA: Professional background in education (e.g., as a teacher, special education pedagogue, or school leader).
- System knowledge: Solid understanding of the German education system and its structures.
- Commercial awareness: Comfortable identifying opportunities where a school could do more.
- Communication & presence: Confident communicator with excellent communication skills in German and professional fluency in English.
- Tech-savvy & mobile: Comfortable mastering digital tools and willing to travel regularly across NRW and occasionally to other key German cities.
