What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven solutions for process improvement and intelligent diagnostics.
• Develop and implement Generative AI and agent-based automation workflows.
• Ensure AI solutions are stable, secure, and compliant with enterprise governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT and platform teams to deploy solutions on approved systems.
• Translate business operational challenges into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
• Support the adoption and scaling of AI initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or automation-related roles.
• 3+ years of experience applying AI or data-driven solutions in an enterprise or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Azure, Databricks, or Spark.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
