What you will do

• Lead technical execution from discovery to production, building and hardening AI prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Design and govern reusable agentic AI patterns, focusing on orchestration, memory, and retrieval.
• Ensure AI delivery meets security, data governance, and architecture standards, including data residency.
• Codify validated solutions into reference implementations and starter kits for scalability across other functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and end users to finalize requirements and make architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers and continuously evaluate emerging technologies to elevate the team's technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of bringing AI prototypes to production in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG at enterprise scale.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including managed AI/ML services.
• Deep knowledge of relational, columnar, and vector store data modeling.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
