What you will do

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases to ground AI responses in internal knowledge.
• Design and build autonomous agents and multimodal AI solutions.
• Drive MLOps excellence including CI/CD, drift detection, and model retraining schedules.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate GenAI solutions into microservices and APIs.
• Benchmark LLMs for use-case fit, cost-performance tradeoffs, and fine-tuning strategies.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required
• Cantonese: Native or near-native proficiency required
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in NLP/ML/AI with at least 1 year hands-on in GenAI.
• Strong coding skills in Python with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and GenAI frameworks.
• Proven experience with cloud-based AI services and vector databases.
