What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative AI-based tools using structured and alternate data.
• Rapidly prototype solutions using AI-assisted coding to accelerate the idea-to-MVP cycle.
• Develop and refine the firmwide Generative AI platform, including system prompts and agentic workflows.
• Deliver cloud-native microservices and micro-UI components integrated with AI orchestration layers.
• Build validations, evaluations, and guardrails for custom agents across various business use cases.
• Apply AI-first engineering principles to solve architectural challenges in scaling agentic systems.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building functional, creative AI applications.
• Foundational proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React.
• High level of comfort using AI coding assistants and LLMs for development.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker), Git, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta office 4 days per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Copilot Studio, AgentCore, LangGraph, or LangSmith.
• Experience with agentic design patterns.
