What you will do
- Proactively prospect and execute sales deals to grow the South European client base.
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Develop business plans and deliver on sales targets using the internal CRM.
- Coordinate RFIs/RFPs with prospects and internal cross-functional teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate new leads.
- Contribute to marketing, PR, and external communications strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional financial technology sales or a high-growth fintech startup.
- Strong expertise in commercial engagement, business development, and market penetration.
- Fluency in English and Italian and/or Spanish.
- Deep interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and market digitization.
- Ability to travel frequently within the European region for client meetings and events.
