What you will do
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the region.
- Gather and analyze business and competitive intelligence regarding market trends and potential clients.
- Implement business strategies to maximize profits and manage strategic initiatives.
- Conduct strategic client planning to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Review monthly sales forecasts and sales pipeline to achieve Annual Operating Plan targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry; Fine Chemicals major preferred.
- 3–5 years of extensive experience in product development and sales within the chemical sector.
- Strong knowledge of market and product applications in the chemical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sharp business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Experience working at a multinational corporation.
- Familiarity with multinational corporate operations and global work environments.
