What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service to hostel members and guests.
• Manage reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and providing local area insights.
• Conduct housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests with care.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet daily operational targets and support service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong team player capable of working towards common goals.
• Excellent timekeeping skills and flexibility to cover varied shifts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage pressure during peak periods.
• Must be able to commute to hirify.global Snowdon Pen-y-Pass (Caernarfon, Gwynedd).
