What you will do
- Handle communications between customers, third parties, and other business areas.
- Administer transfer cases.
- Maintain accurate records on databases and monitor case progress.
- Produce letters and emails.
- Work efficiently with internal systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised.
