Salary: £26,200 increasing to £26,950 after 6 months

What you will do
- Support customers side-by-side in a branch.
- Handle inbound calls and help customers through various channels, including social media, web-chat, and remote video appointments.
- Provide reassurance, guidance, and practical support during important moments.
- Adapt to different customer needs and promote digital services.
- Connect customers with the right products and services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 month’s customer service experience.
- Suitable home working environment including a private area and a stable/secure Wi-Fi connection.
- Advocate for 's products and services.
- Excellent knowledge of banking app and products.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
