Location: Remote within the UK and Ireland, with a hybrid component requiring proximity to hubs in Edinburgh, Birmingham, or London.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for executives and VIPs, including air, hotel, and ground transport.
  • Provide expert recommendations aligned with traveler preferences and company policy.
  • Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and empathy.
  • Manage multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build long-term relationships with executive travelers through high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with peers to maintain a high-performance service culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-touch customer service (executive travel, hospitality, luxury brands).
  • GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar).
  • Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished and discreet style.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or C-suite executives.
  • Exposure to out-of-hours or on-call travel support models.
