Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, UK. Office-based role (5 days/week).

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to global business travelers, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  • Resolve travel issues efficiently via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Exceed service expectations while managing complex bookings and requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify innovative solutions for non-standard travel challenges.
  • Stay updated on new product features and operational tools within the travel platform.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native level of English proficiency is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail or call centers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Performance-driven mindset with experience working against KPIs and quality metrics.
  • Availability to work flexible rotational shifts between 8 am and 7 pm, including 1 weekend every 7 weeks.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of the Birmingham office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-channel support (phone, chat, email).
  • Familiarity with travel management software or SaaS environments.
