What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to global business travelers, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
- Resolve travel issues efficiently via phone, email, and live chat.
- Exceed service expectations while managing complex bookings and requests.
- Collaborate with the team to identify innovative solutions for non-standard travel challenges.
- Stay updated on new product features and operational tools within the travel platform.
Requirements
- Fluent or native level of English proficiency is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail or call centers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Performance-driven mindset with experience working against KPIs and quality metrics.
- Availability to work flexible rotational shifts between 8 am and 7 pm, including 1 weekend every 7 weeks.
- Must be located within commuting distance of the Birmingham office.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-channel support (phone, chat, email).
- Familiarity with travel management software or SaaS environments.
