Requirements
- Native or fluent level of English.
- Great communication skills, fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, whether retail or call center environment.
- Proficient with technology and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Performance-driven with a strong customer-first mentality.
- Comfortable with an office-based environment and shift flexibility.
