Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dublin, Ireland (Onsite role)

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, social selling, and personalized email outreach.
- Qualify leads to understand customer needs and ensure alignment with company solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives to research target accounts and develop effective outreach strategies.
- Maintain consistent communication to nurture early-stage opportunities and expand the prospect pipeline.
- Meet and exceed defined daily, weekly, and monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- Fluency in German OR French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in a sales prospecting or outbound-focused role.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills to tailor messaging effectively.
- Resilient attitude with a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Willingness to perform daily outbound cold calling as a primary function.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, and sequencing platforms.
- Track record of success in managing outbound prospecting campaigns.
